Abstract

There is no doubt that every science has rules, sounds, and controls, and it has been the custom of scholars in every art to assign meanings to the rules of their art that they can use. They take into account the accuracy in all aspects of what they mean to study. It is said, for example: The rule in the terminology of grammarians is such. In the terminology of fundamentalists as well.

Since the texts in it are general and specific, absolute and restricted, abrogating and abrogated, total and explicit, and so on, it was necessary to have rules and an approach that organizes this ijtihad, and categorizes its discussions into chapters and sub-chapters, and that was the science of assets.

It is their habit to first define the rule, the origin, the rule, the analogy, or the analogue, in a linguistic definition, and then define these matters in an idiomatic way, in order for the researcher to be aware of his matter before going into the study of the science he desires.
