حدیثِ ضعیف کے متعلقات و احکام کا تحقیقی مطالعہ
Abstract
The science of Hadith is a highly revered knowledge. The Messenger of Allah (peace be upon him) has mentioned the virtues of reading and teaching Hadith in his sayings. Hadith consists of two parts: one is called the Sanad and the other is called the Matan. The esteemed scholars of Hadith have taken measures to preserve both the Sanad and the Matan of Hadith. Based on the Sanad, Hadith is categorized into different types to determine its authenticity. Some Hadiths have weaknesses in either the Sanad or the Matan, and these are referred to as fabricated or Mawdu' Hadiths. There are various scholarly opinions regarding the ruling on such Hadiths, specifically when these narrations can be used as evidence and when they should not be acted upon. This article first explains the literal and technical meanings of Hadith. It then introduces the major categories of Hadith to facilitate understanding the main topic, which is the introduction of fabricated
Hadith. After that, it provides a detailed explanation of the types of fabricated Hadith. Following the categorization of fabricated Hadith.
