Abstract

The best creatures on earth are the friends and companions of Prophet (pbuh). Among these best personalities, some rose to a high level who not only had knowledge of revelation but also served in the field of Fiqah tradition. Mothers of believers have many virtues. They had spent days and nights in the company of the master and teacher for knowledge of revelation. Their houses were spot of revelation, their beds were the resting place of Prophet (pbuh), their houses witnessed the arrival of Jibrael (a.s) with the message of peace and security, with them Prophet dined in the same pot. In this way, they learnt from Prophet (pbuh) through his words, actions, and commands. Every companion of Prophet (pbuh) tries to convey his traditions. But the mothers of belivers had not entirely met the duty of delivering the teachings of Fiqah the way companions of Prophet Muhammad saw had done. But where these companions had no hint of knowledge about Fiqah or they failed to deliver under certain circumstances, mothers of believers performed their duty to fill the gap in Fiqah. It is because houses of these mothers were the spot of revelation. Hazard Umm-e- Salma even eye witnessed the arrival of Jibrael a.s. To fill these references, those corners of Fiqh that were hidden from Prophet's companion mothers of believers fill these corners of Fiqah with their knowledge. The special routine of Prophet Period was to guide people, to transfer the tradition of Hdith, to decide religious affairs in the light of Fiqah, to deliver religious decree, inference, extraction, induction and Ijtihad of certain problems were included. Allah had also specified this period for such purposes. The reflection of this entire period can be found in the Fiqah and Islamic traditions of Hazrat Umm- e- salma rz.
