Prevalent Accountability system of Pakistan and its institutes: (A special study in the view of Faruqi era Manhaj e Hisbah)

A well establish accountability system is required for the survival of a peaceful society while it is clear from the instruction of the Holy Quran and Sunnah that each and every person is accountant for his own act. Accountability is a second name of bidding the fair and forbidding the unfair so this article studies the value and importance of the accountability in the Holy Quran and Sunnah and in Islamic history especially in the era of Hazrat Umar Farooq (Radiya Allahu Anhu), which is famous in this regard, and the aims and objectives related to it. In addition, the establish accountability system of our country Pakistan and its various institutes for Accountability such as Judicial system, NAB (National Accountability Bureau), FIA (Federal Investigation Agency), FBR (Federal Board of Revenue), IB (Intelligence Bureau) etc. and the role of these institutes in establishing accountability in the country. In this article we had discussed the meaning and importance of accountability and then analysis of the accountability system of our country with the comparison of accountability system of Hazrat Umar.
