The Holy Qur'an is the last book of Allah Almighty, which has been revealed for the growth and guidance of this world. Some of the words of this book are Mujmal and some are Mutlaq, for the interpretation of which Hazrat Muhammad (SAW) was sent. Tafseer and interpretation of the Holy Quran can only be explained better by the Sahab e Quran. That is why the Companions of the Prophet (RA) never gave interpretations of their own free will. If they did not understand something, they would turn to the Messenger of Allah (PBUH) or remain silent. The way the Prophet (PBUH) did. Adopted and the method preferred by the Companions of the Prophet, the scholars of Islam have named this method Tafseer Bil Masoor. On the contrary, the commentators who interpreted it from him have been given the name of Tafseer Bil raiy. Usool e Tafseer is the name of such Principles and Rules that determine the mark of the Qur'an for the commentators. So that the interpreter of the word of Allah will be protected from all possible dangers in his guidance and light and can understand its origin and meaning correctly.
