Abstract

When we use the word “Civilization”, it refers to the overall distinctive characteristics of a nation or country, arising from the main aspects of its internal and external life, which are cherished by the people of that region. Culture and society encompass the emotional and material aspirations and desires of nation life. Khadija Mastoor's novel 'Angan' is extremely important in terms of its theme, character, and style, but another prominent feature of this novel is that it reflects the civilization and culture of its era.  The story of the novel relates to individuals who are faced with the great political, economic, and social crisis in their era.
